Our History

Green Forest Restaurant opened it's doors in 2000. The owners hired manager Oswaldo Fortini from Brazil.

In 2005 the restaurant was going up for sale. Oswaldo Fortini and long time waitress, Flavia Naccarato, both decided to buy the business and run it together as owners.
